Return & Refund Policy – Calistra

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below:


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Note: For hygiene reasons, some items (e.g. earrings, intimate wear, or personalized products) may not be eligible for return. Please check individual product pages for return eligibility.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at [Your Email] or message us on Instagram (@calistra.in) within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product if it is damaged or incorrect.

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 working days with the next steps.


3. Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup where possible.

  • In some cases, you may need to ship the product back to us. We will share the return address and instructions.

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us only if the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI, as COD cannot be reversed.
